When I decided to become a social worker, all I knew is that I wanted to help others. Now, as I have grown in my career, that idea of wanting to help others has grown into wanting to help others live their best, most healthy lives on all levels, but especially related to mental heatlth. As a mental health professional, I believe that mental health is connected to our physical health and that our emotional and mental health impacts our overall well-being.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, it is my mission and passion to educate about mental health and to destigmatize seeking services for mental illness. I want each individual to know that it is okay to see a therapist when needed.
