 Wednesday Words of Affirmation

I believe words and language are important. The words we use can uplift us or they can bring us down. Words can build up our self-esteem or words can destroy the development of a positive self-image. I will share words that will affirm and lift us up. You can repeat these affirmations and make them your own to help reframe your thinking and develop a more positive mindset and response in the face of life's challenges.

I believe the words that follow "I Am" can shape how we think, how we view ourselves, and the way we respond in difficulties. Each week, I will share an affirmation to help us transform our thinking to develop a more positive mindset.

Affirmation: I Am Peace

When it seems that chaos is all around us, staying at peace is the remedy. I am peace encompasses things we can do to maintain a clear head and stable countenance. This includes how we view the situation, what we say about the situation, and how we engage with those around us. Staying at peace can calm an unpeaceful situation.
