30 Days of Gratitude - Day 19




By now we should have all developed a pretty consistent gratitude practice and should feel a renewed sense of satisfaction and excitement about our lives. We have explored what gratitude is, ways to give and be generous, and created a gratitude list. Since we have been consistently expressing gratitude over the last two weeks, we have securely established a habit of gratitude that will take us beyond this Thanksgiving holiday.


On day 19 of our gratitude journey, in the last month and a half of the year, we are going to reflect over the past year and think about those things we are grateful for. We can use this as a starting point for the direction we want the next year to go. As we continue in our gratitude mindset, we will be setting a positive intention for the things we want to see manifest in our lives in the new year. This is a good time to review the gratitude list you created and continue to add to it.
